The fees vary from country to country. To calculate the exact fees of our money transfer service, you can use the fee calculator on the kuzafi.com homepage.
The fees for a transfer will depend on the recipient country and the transfer method (debit card, bank deposit or cash pick-up). Please calculate your money transfer with our calculator to determine the effective amount of a transfer.
Recipients are not charged any fees for the remittances received.
Transactions can be for as little as 20 EUR or its equivalent in USD.
A user account on kuzafi.com is free of charge and is used to identify our customers correctly. KuzaFi works with the latest security technology to store your account details safely.

In addition, it is important for KuzaFi Switzerland Ltd. to be able to offer its customers personal service. We are able to contact you directly if you provide your contact information.
As a financial services provider licensed in Switzerland, we are committed to identifying our customers properly. Sending money to Cuba

The beneficiary who receives the money in Cuba must be over 16 years old. The identity will be checked with a passport or identity card when the recipient collects the debit card.
A personal AIS debit card will be issued to the recipient upon the first money transfer. If your recipient lives in Havana, the debit card will be ready for pickup within 3 to 5 days. If your recipient lives outside Havana, it may take up to 12 days.

Your recipient must personally pick up our debit card in the FINCIMEX office. Please inform the recipient when and where he or she can pick up the debit card. Please see the list of Fincimex disbursement locations under the question ""Where can the receiver pick up the debit card?""

Future transactions will be remitted to your recipient's debit card within 7-24 hours.

Transactions sent over the weekend will be executed within 48 hours.
You can find out the balance on your debit card at any time by calling +53 (07) 835 6444 (operator) or +53 (07) 204 4823 (automatic responder).
The funds sent will be deposited in the debit card "AIS" and will be available to the beneficiary before 7-12 hours, if your beneficiary already has one of these cards.
Beneficiaries will not be charged any fees for the received remittances.

Yes. You can send money to Cuba with kuzafi.com on an AIS debit card. If your recipient has an AIS debit card, you must enter the 11-digit ID number (número del carnet de identidad cubano) when initiating your transaction so that our system can send the money to the debit card. The transaction will take about 7-12 hours. The AIS debit card must be active.

If the card is not active, your recipient must have a new AIS debit card with the same number issued at a Fincimex office. If your recipient does not have an AIS debit card, you can enter the recipient's ID number (número del carnet de identidad cubano) when initiating the transaction and have a new debit card issued by Fincimex.

Note that the transaction may take longer (3-15 days) if the beneficiary does not already have a debit card. In addition, our customer service will contact you to verify the accuracy of the recipient's data. Sending money to other countries

You can choose which currency (EUR or USD) we will charge your transaction to your account.
During the transaction, you can select the disbursment location closest to the beneficiary.
There is a maximum amount depending on the country where you will transfer your money.

If you want to send more transactions than the maximum allowed, we ask you to complete the form below and to send us a copy of the last 3 months salary receipt, contracts, bank account statement of the last three months and / or supporting documentation to: support@kuzafi.com

Payments are made exclusively in the beneficiaries local currency.
Once your transaction is authorised, it will take between 24 to 48 hours to finalise. You can view the status of the transaction at any time in your account. The status "In Processing" means you can let the recipient know the transaction number (KZF + transaction number). The beneficiary will need it to pick up the money.
